Assist with the daily operations of Delta Sky Club locations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner. Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure the overall cleanliness and appearance of the lounge is up to Delta standards. Monitor and report on lounge usage and guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. Train and supervise lounge staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable, efficient, and providing excellent customer service. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure a seamless and consistent service experience for guests. Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that the lounge is well-stocked and properly maintained. Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff. Assist with scheduling and managing staff shifts and breaks to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources. Maintain accurate records and reports related to lounge operations, including guest counts, revenue, and expenses. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide innovative ideas and suggestions for improving lounge operations. Assist in budget planning and management to ensure financial goals are met. Act as a role model and leader for the lounge staff, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment. Handle any escalated guest complaints or issues, providing prompt and effective resolutions.
