Data Engineer, Global Health and Wellbeing

Develop and maintain data pipelines to support analysis and reporting on health and wellbeing initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and collect relevant data from various sources. Clean, organize, and transform data to ensure accuracy and consistency. Utilize advanced analytics techniques to identify trends and patterns in health and wellbeing data. Create visualizations and reports to communicate insights and findings to stakeholders. Develop and maintain data models and databases for efficient data storage and retrieval. Continuously monitor data quality and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data engineering and global health. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data security and privacy protocols are followed. Actively participate in meetings and discussions to provide data-driven recommendations for health and wellbeing strategies. Assist in the development and implementation of new data-related processes and procedures. Train and mentor junior data engineers on best practices and techniques. Communicate complex data concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders. Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail in all data-related tasks.
