Multiple Positions Available

• Plan, design and implement complex high-volume direct-to-consumer fulfillment processes, systems and facilities for capacity expansion and continuous improvement of worldwide

fulfillment infrastructure throughout the large-scale supply chain network that increases critical-to-quality (CTQ) business needs by improving integration of people, materials, equipment, software, and finance

• Provide technical leadership for large-scale industrial engineering projects using MS Excel, AutoCad and MS Project
• Work with complex Material Handling Systems, packaging equipment and other processing gear to design safe and efficient fulfillment processes
• Use Process Improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma and/or Kaizen to analyze Fulfillment Center processes and equipment and recommend and implement

improvements to safety procedures, work processes and labor standards

• Lead and coordinate design efforts between internal teams and outside vendors to develop optimal solutions for the network, including equipment specification, material flow, process

design, and site layout

• Manage capital projects and create conceptual drawings, equipment specifications and bid documentation to facilitate a competitive bid environment
• Monitor and enforce project schedules and quality with vendors or subcontractors. Inspect facilities in accordance with corporate standards and procedures relating to material handling,

processing and storage

• Develop and manage budget and contract documents including Requests for Proposals, change order controls, purchase orders and invoicing
• Coordinate with local site management to ensure proper operator training, procedural compliance, maintenance and safety practices are followed for new and existing equipment.
• Domestic and international travel up to 80% to perform role responsibilities is required.

Basic Qualifications Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, Management or a related field and 1 year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. In the alternative, employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, Management or a related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

Experience Must Include

• 1 year of experience in project engineering, process engineering, project management, manufacturing engineering, or related
• 1 year of experience leading projects, programs or initiatives with continually increasing scope and impact.
• 1 year of operations management/distribution center experience with direct management or responsibility for material handling, automation, or other technical projects.
• 1 year of experience with Six Sigma and/or Lean Manufacturing.
• 1 year of experience with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet programs.
• 1 year of experience with design and/or implementation automation solutions, such as Conveyors, Sorters, high speed manufacturing and packaging lines, Robotic work cells.

The pay range for this position in Brooklyn, New York is $ 98,842/year to $ 126,400/year); however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
