[Remote] Measure Technician (Part Time)- Green Bay, WI

The Home Depot is a leading home improvement retailer, and they are seeking a Measure Technician to support their Field Services Organization. This part-time, field-based role involves performing in-home measurements, providing customer service, and coordinating installations to enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily routes for pre-assigned measure appointments as efficiently and accurately as possible
• Cooperate with Associates, Supervisors, and Managers to complete all other work activities as assigned
• Follow all policies, procedures, and adhere to work schedule
• Ask customers open ended questions and listen to responses about their projects and product needs. Describe features and benefits of merchandise as well as steps involved in completing projects. Demonstrate product and services knowledge in answering customer questions. Identify opportunities to engage customers in other services programs

• The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma and/or GED
