As the Retail Vendor Programs Manager for Microsoft, you will execute strategies to enhance customer and employee experiences while overseeing sales, operations, and vendor partnerships.


Responsibilities

  • Manage employee experience, staffing, development and performance management
  • Ensure business, retail and vendor strategies are aligned in support of the employee and customer experience
  • Lead vendor funded programs, internal cross-functional coordination and alignment
  • Engage with retail and corporate partners to ensure strategies and information are developed with a retail operational and sales lens
  • Drive performance results and analyze performance indicators against business strategies and lead your team to facilitate growth and improve results
  • Guide leaders through competing priorities to ensure efficiency and execution

Skills

  • 2 years of experience as a supervisor or manager in business, military or related fields
  • 2 years of sales or customer service experience
  • 1 year of experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue
  • Retail industry experience
  • Consumer electronic industry experience
  • 1 year of retail management experience
  • 1 year of vendor interaction experience
