Job Role - ServiceNow Developer & Architect

Provide post-deployment stabilization and support
 (required for federal programs EXP )
  • 6-8 years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform
  • Strong experience with:
    • ServiceNow ITSM modules
    • Workflow automation and ticket lifecycle management
    • Forms, catalog items, and business rules
  • Experience implementing:
    • Role-based access control (RBAC)
    • Secure data handling and compliance-driven solutions
  • Familiarity with:
    • Azure Active Directory integrations
    • Multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions
  • Experience supporting Agile or hybrid delivery models
Preferred Qualifications
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • Experience with federal clients (e.g., DOI or similar agencies)
  • Experience supporting multi-tier service desk models (Tier 1–3 escalation)
  • Familiarity with audit logging, SLA frameworks, and compliance requirements
