The Business Operation’s primary purpose is to transform the organization to drive efficient, high visibility work that maximizes organizational impact. Through the establishment and inspection of structures and mechanisms, we drive impact of product and service management, goal achievement, business change management, communications, and organizational design. As a centralized support across all organization verticals, our initiatives and mechanisms enhance and accelerate time, information, and decision-making efficiency for the organization.<br><br>Key job responsibilities<br><br><ul><li> Develop mechanisms to measure success and adoption of the initiatives within the business.</li><li> Lead change management with stakeholders on business operations processes and procedures to ensure successful implementation.</li><li> Develop deep knowledge of business operations tools used on a regular basis including applications such as Asana, Permissions, WorkDocs, Wiki, and Quip.</li><li> Maintain and deliver a cadence of cross-customer meetings, weekly, monthly, quarter business reviews, dashboards and status reports for cross-team coordination and executive update.</li><li> Prepare and present findings and recommendations to the senior management team in regular business reviews</li><li> Engage with product, TPM, and development teams to correct process gaps<br><br></li></ul><strong>Basic Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li> Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Program Management, Human Resources, Employment Law, Computer Science, Finance, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Operations Research or a related field</li><li> 5+ years of HR, talent acquisition, management consulting, or project/program management experience</li><li> Experience communicating complex concepts clearly and persuasively to different audiences</li><li> Experience manipulating data in Microsoft Excel, and in MS Office including Word and Outlook</li><li> Experience in making data driven business decisions<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li> Experience leading and influencing the data strategy of your team or organization</li><li> Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders<br><br></li></ul>Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.<br><br>Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
